Upcycled Sweater Pillow

I love the idea of upcycling an item from something old to something new. This was a sweater I thought that would be really adorable pillow.

1st: cut the top off the sweater and down one side

2nd: line the back of the sweater with fabric.

3rd: sew the lining on using the smallest seam
4th: sew the sides right sides together except a small hole.

5th: Flip it so the right side is showing. Fill with stuffing and stitch up the hole.

Wala a sweater pillow! A fun an easy project anyone can do without a pattern!

  2. This is just too clever! I just love when someone does something so different with something so ordinary. Yes, very clever. I may just get brave and try this:) I would love to invite you to share this cool sweater pillow at Freedom Fridays. Hope you have an amazing week!
